Affordable wild-caught fish right at your doorstep + recipe for Avocado topping
What was for dinner last night; Fish Tacos

Wild caught fish is delivered to my door from Wild Alaskan Company. The fish is
well-sourced, fresh and delicious!
I seasoned this cod with all of my favorites, garlic, onion, paprika, chili powder,
cumin, ginger, coriander, parsley, oregano, mustard, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
Yes, I use ALL of those on almost everything we eat and then I sauteed the fish
in avocado oil.
Herbs and spices are healthy on their own. But, an added benefit is that they can
help protect you from some of the carcinogens created when meat, chicken, or
poultry are charred in the cooking process.
Cassava Tortillas are a fantastic substitute for processed flour tortillas.
Avocado topping recipe:
1 tbsp Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayonnaise
1 ripe avocado
1 oz onion finely diced
½ lime, juiced
1tsp mustard
1 tsp Coconut Aminos
1 tsp relish or chopped pickles
Salt and pepper to taste
Finally, you may have noticed that I ordered the avocado mayonnaise and the
coconut aminos (excellent substitute for soy sauce which often contains
unhealthy chemicals) from Lucky Vitamin. You can find coconut aminos right in
your local supermarket, but Lucky Vitamin is another great online resource.
Enjoy!
